Dear Bill,
I am writing on behalf of Elizabeth and myself. We both appreciate the time and commitment that you put towards our project. There is no greater investment financially or emotionally compared to the investment a family makes in a new home. You were able to make this experience both enjoyable and memorable as you worked closely with us to create the details within our home unique to our family. You really took a dream adn turned it into a reality.

Your craftmanship and attention to detail was the original traits that brought Elizabeth and I to you as a builder. I am pleased to say that we leave this project knowing that you offer your clients so much more. Elizabeth will always be greatful for the time and options that you presented as she worked through the entire project.
